L&S Electric is the Upper Midwest’s largest electric motor repair and distribution company. Sales/Services include motors, rail products, drives, controls and gearboxes. Expert on-site Mechanical and Power Services provided. Engineering Division automates hydroelectric controls, and engineers, designs and builds control panels.
Our unique ability to provide a wide range of connected products and services coupled with our electrical, mechanical and engineering expertise allows us to accept unique projects. We specialize in partnering with our customers to provide solutions for industrial, municipal and OEM applications.

In addition, through our Engineering Division and subsidiary company, L&S Electric of Canada, Inc., we serve clients throughout the United States, Canada, Asia, Central and South America, and Europe.

Our clients include businesses involved in pulp and paper production; paper conversion; electric power generation; iron and copper mining; agriculture and food processing; rail and water transportation; iron foundries; and industrial manufacturing.
