Providing product, service and support for items ranging from the most basic to the very extreme, L&S Electric continues to support our customers' needs. Following are a number of products resulting from this support and have positioned L&S Electric as a unique supplier within the hydroelectric market:

Bushings and Plungers
L&S Electric offers predesigned bushing and plunger assemblies for control of hydraulic flows up to 2000 gpm (7500 lpm) at 1000 psi (67 bar). In addition, custom design and manufacture of replacement parts is available for non-standard/unsupported bushing and plunger types.

L&S-7500 Main Distributing Valve
This offering effectively replaces existing low-pressure high flow main distributing valves, which are often worn and lack original equipment manufacturer (OEM) support. The valve may be utilized with either new or existing hydraulic pumping and servomotor systems.

Upclosing Accumulator Float Valves
Replaces existing, often-neglected hydraulic safety shutoff valves resident within air over oil accumulator systems. The valve may be integrated with new or existing accumulator systems.

Hydraulic Pump Unloader Valves
Safely unloads high flow, low-pressure pumping units while providing integral relief pressure protection. The assembly may be integrated with new or existing pumping systems.

Hydraulic Pumping Units
Low pressure and high pressure pumping systems for integration with new and/or existing hydraulic accumulator and servomotor assemblies.

Kidney Loop Filtration Systems
Eliminates problematic hydraulic system issues related to dirty oil. This cost-effective solution improves system-operating performance and substantially reduces past maintenance requirements.

Universal Pilot Control Assembly
Accurately controls main distributing valve assemblies existing within majority of governor actuator systems. The assembly can be retrofitted to either existing main distribution valves or to L&S Electric's L&S-7500 main distribution valve assembly - all available through a standard design!
