L&S Commitment to Quality

L&S Electric, Inc. understands the value of quality products and service. L&S implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) and successfully achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification at all of our Motor Repair, Power Services, Reliability Services & New Product Sales locations in Wausau, Appleton, Sturtevant (WI); Minneapolis (MN) and Menominee (MI); as well as our Wausau Engineering & Panel Manufacturing Division.
Quality Begins with Teamwork at L&S

Certification to an internationally recognized set of quality standards, means each of our customers receives consistent, quality service focused on meeting customer requirements. At L&S Electric, we haven’t pursued ISO certification because our customers require or demand it. We do it to get an outside, independent appraisal of our QMS that also provides feedback to continually improve it.

Maintaining a QMS assures we have a formal, documented approach to solving problems or finding ways to avoid them before they happen. Rather than just fix things, L&S is committed to finding the root cause of failures, no matter if it is on our end or the customers. Once the root cause is determined, we then are able to look for solutions in the system that will prevent reoccurrence no matter who the customer is.
