Capabilities
Our insulation systems included Class F, Class H and vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI). In addition, our computer redesign program makes it possible to redesign and rewind motors to a different voltage, horsepower, and RPM, if necessary.
Facilities
L&S Electric has over 180,000 square feet of operating space with five repair centers located throughout Wisconsin and Michigan. We also have 40, 20, 10 and 5 ton traveling bridge cranes - large enough to handle most any size of equipment. With a complete machine shop and testing capabilities, we can meet all of your rotating apparatus repair needs. |

Certifications and Listings
At L&S Electric, we are committed to quality. That's why we are pursuing ISO certification for all of our operations. Our Wausau based operations are ISO 9001:2000 certified and several more will follow in 2003.
In addition, L&S Electric is listed by Underwriter's Laboratories (UL) for rebuilt electric motors for hazardous locations at our 1730 Cty Hwy XX location. |
